Cat wheel company
Frequently asked questions
1) Do the cat ever get caught in the spokes?
Answer-
Our wheels are fully tested in house using real cats and we have never seen a cat voluntarily walk into moving spokes however as a safeguard all wheels come with a pre-fitted detachable clear backing.

2) What is your refund policy?
Answer-
Once you have bought the wheel, it is yours. We do not allow trial testing periods. All sales are final.

3) What is your warrantee?
Answer
-The bearing system is the only moving part on our wheels and they last a lifetime. However if for some rare reason the bearing should stop working (Never has this happened before.) we would replace the whole neck piece. As for the rest of the wheel it is made of high strength steel and industrial plastic components. So any damages would be considered misuse and would not be covered in our warrantee.

4) Why is the shipping so high?
Answer-
Believe it or not we actually loose money on the shipping. Due to the size of these wheels they fall into a shipping category called “Light Freight”. Unfortunately due to high gas prices etc, shipping is about $135 from our southern California warehouse to most of the continental USA and more if you live outside the States. But good news for the thrifty. Our soon to come new additions will be just a bit smaller which will bring both the item cost and shipping down significantly. However we will always offer our flagship wheel, the 48“ (Windmill Wheel). If you are purchasing many wheels at once let us know and we will see about doing a bulk rate on shipping.

5) What about shipping to Europe or Canada?
Answer-
Next year our products will be surfacing at some major chain pet stores throughout the world. This will make it much easier to get your hands on one if you happen to live outside the United States.
Currently if you are located outside the states we ask that you arrange your own shipping. We will be happy to give you all the necessary information in order to assist you in a smooth shipment and rate quote process. If you choose to do this we would simply charge for the wheel only.

6) Are Bengal cats the only breed that will use your cat exercise wheels?
Answer-
No. Many other breeds will have a whale of a time on our wheels. ( Toyger, Savannah, Ashera, Abyssinian, American Shorthair, in fact most cat breeds listed on the Tica.org or Cat Fanciers' Association web pages can learn to use our wheels. The worst case scenario is that you might have to spend a little time each day wagging a feather wand to get them in the habit of running.

7) What it the deference between the “Slim style” models and the “Ultra deluxe” models?
Answer- The Slim style models are simply narrower in size. At 8.5 inches wide they are about 3.5 inches slimmer then the Ultra deluxe models which are 12 inches wide. They both have the same diameter. The 48” diameter is the most important part of our wheels. The Ultra deluxe models have a beefier neck piece and a special looking base. The Slim style models do not have the beefy neck and special looking base.
Cats have no preference to either. The Slim style models however can actually be less intimidating to skittish cats and are less bulky then the Ultra deluxe models.
