Next year our products will be surfacing at some major chain pet stores throughout the world at unbeatable prices! This will make it much easier to get your hands on one if you happen to live outside the United States. Currently if you are located outside the states we ask that you arrange your own shipping. (Please feel free to contact us to learn more.) *About our wheels!* The Cat Wheel Company manufactures the most advanced pet exercise wheels in the world not to mention the most beautiful. They are made from strong lightweight steel tubing that is enamel coated and rust resistant. They spin smoothly on a tuned dual ball bearing axle. The running surface is generous in size, 8.5 inches on the slim style models and a full 12 inches on the ultra deluxe models. The tread is made out of high impact easy clean up ABS plastic that is riveted to the frame. A sporty black grip tape material is fashioned in place along the running tread. (Cats love it!) We also designed the tread area to accommodate many other materials like carpet or rubber if you choose to do so at a later date. The wheel size is 48 inches in diameter. This is the ideal dimension optimized for adult cats in their prime. Our research has determined that the size and weight of the wheel is key to it actually working properly. A cat wheel that is any smaller or any larger in size will merely function as a play toy and not a real exercise wheel. But with all the statistics put aside our running wheels are truly a work of art.
